Angélica Vale sues KXOS Radio and Meruelo Group

Actress and radio host Angélica Vale has filed a civil lawsuit in the Los Angeles County Superior Court against KXOS Radio LLC and Meruelo Group LLC. The lawsuit, filed on September 15, 2026, alleges breach of contract and labor violations related to her morning show on the station Cali 93.9.

Reports indicate the legal dispute arose while approximately one and a half years remained on her contract. The case has drawn additional attention due to the alleged connections between the defendant companies and Otto Padrón, Vale’s husband from whom she is currently undergoing a divorce process. The companies have 30 days to respond to the court summons.
