Angostura security director remains in position

Juan Carlos Barraza Morales remains in charge of the Directorate of Citizen Security and Sustainable Mobility in Angostura, Sinaloa. Despite previous reports suggesting he would be replaced by a state police officer, Barraza Morales continues to fulfill his operational and administrative duties while awaiting official instructions from higher authorities.

Municipal President Alberto Rivera has reportedly held discussions with state officials regarding Barraza Morales's tenure, taking into account the results achieved within the corporation. Barraza Morales holds a doctorate in Public Security and has previous experience leading security institutions in the region.
