Anh Chin Banh Mi Festival held at Bel Marina Hoi An Resort

The Anh Chin Banh Mi Festival 2026 was held on October 4 at the Bel Marina Hoi An Resort, attracting hundreds of domestic and international visitors. Organized by BelGroup in collaboration with the Anh Chin Banh Mi brand, the event served as a practical testing ground for new culinary concepts.

A central feature of the festival was the ‘Banh Mi Di San’ (Heritage Banh Mi) competition. Participants were invited to taste various regional recipes—including unique versions such as Tra Que shrimp paste banh mi, braised pork knuckle, and smoked banh mi—and vote for their favorites. According to organizer Nguyen Thanh Lam, these direct consumer votes provide essential data to help the brand select and refine recipes for its future chain development.

Beyond the tasting and voting, the event included interactive activities such as mini-games, lucky draws, live music, and cultural performances to promote Vietnamese culinary heritage.
