ANHAD Developers appoints Akash Lakhina to lead sales, marketing and CRM for Gurugram luxury projects

ANHAD Developers, a real‑estate firm, announced the appointment of Akash Lakhina as Head of Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. He will oversee these functions for the company's premium residential projects in Gurugram, India.

Lakhina brings nearly three decades of experience across multiple industries, including about a decade in luxury real‑estate and an early career in hospitality with education at the Pacific International Hotel Management School in New Zealand. CEO Adil Altaf said Lakhina’s customer‑first mindset and deep market knowledge will strengthen ANHAD’s presence in Gurugram’s high‑end residential market. Lakhina said his focus will be on trust, service and delivering a seamless, tailored experience for discerning homeowners.
