Aniimo RPG set for September 16 release on multiple platforms

Pawprint Studio and publisher Kingsglory have announced that the free-to-play, open-world monster-collection RPG, Aniimo, will launch on September 16, 2026. The game will be available simultaneously across multiple platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), iOS, and Android.

Aniimo features a mechanic called “Twine,” which allows players to link with captured creatures to borrow their abilities for combat, puzzle-solving, and environmental traversal such as flying or diving. The game includes various modes, such as solo play, online co-op, PvP, and a three-player team activity called “Egg Heist.” Players can also manage a personal base known as “Homeland.”

While the core game is free, several paid editions are available for pre-order, specifically for PlayStation users. These include the Advanced Edition and the Collector’s Edition, which offer cosmetic items, exclusive companions like the “Fluffy Friend,” and digital handbooks. Additionally, the title has been confirmed as a Day One release for Xbox Game Pass.
