Aniimo release dates announced for PC, consoles, and mobile

Pawprint Studio has announced the release dates for Aniimo, a free-to-play open-world action RPG focused on creature collection. The game will launch on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on September 16, 2026. The mobile versions for iOS and Android are scheduled to follow on September 23, 2026.

Set on the continent of Idyll, players act as Pathfinders to encounter and capture various creatures. A central mechanic called ‘Twining’ allows players to merge with their creatures to utilize unique movement and combat abilities, such as flying, swimming, or digging. The game features cross-platform progression, allowing players to switch between mobile and console devices.

Published by Kingsglory, a brand under FunPlus, Aniimo represents the first major international title from the Hangzhou-based Pawprint Studio. The game will be free to play, generating revenue through optional in-game purchases.
