Anime and manga collectors see new releases for DAN DA DAN and NANA

The first season of the anime series ‘DAN DA DAN’ is scheduled for a Blu-ray and DVD complete box set release on October 30, 2026. Published by animebring, the collection will include all three volumes covering twelve episodes, a 92-page booklet, a plush keychain, a poster, art cards, a magnet sticker, and an interview with the creators. The series, produced by Studio Science SARU and directed by Fuuga Yamashiro, originally aired in Japan from October to December 2024.

In manga news, Panini Manga has revealed the design for a collector's slipcase for the re-release of ‘NANA’ by Ai Yazawa. The seventh volume of the new edition will be released in German on August 18. Various bundle options are available, including a slipcase bundle and a fully loaded box set featuring a five-piece postcard set. While the series has been on hiatus since 2009 due to the author's health, Yazawa has expressed a desire to complete the story.
