Anime franchises announce new character merchandise collections
Several Japanese anime franchises are releasing new character-themed merchandise.
Attack on Titan characters will feature in a new line of “Maneki-neko” (beckoning cat) themed goods. The collection, featuring newly drawn illustrations, includes items such as hologram badges, acrylic stands, stickers, and dioramas. Pre-orders are available from September 11 to October 2, 2026, via the Getsuoshima Mart website.
Fushigi Yuugi is also launching original merchandise based on newly drawn illustrations. The lineup includes trading badges, bromides, acrylic keychains, and acrylic panels. Pre-orders began on September 14, 2026, with products expected to ship in December 2026.
Additionally, Good Smile Company has announced Nendoroid Plus rubber mascots for The Apothecary Diaries. The collection features the character Maomao in both standard and garden party versions. These PVC mascots are scheduled for release in March 2027 and are currently available for pre-order through AmiAmi.
