Anime franchises Ghost in the Shell and Gundam launch new jewelry collections
New jewelry collaborations inspired by popular anime series have been announced in Japan.
For the series “Ghost in the Shell THE GHOST IN THE SHELL,” FanFun MARKET is offering a collection of silver rings and necklaces themed after characters Motoko Kusanagi, Batou, and Togusa. The designs incorporate specific motifs such as Kusanagi’s connection jack, Batou’s prosthetic eye, and Togusa’s firearm. Pre-orders are available through November 20, 2026, with shipping expected in late January 2027.
Separately, Bandai Lifestyle Division has announced a collaboration between STRICT-G and JAM HOME MADE for the “Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash” series. The collection includes signet rings featuring the Mafty mark, accessories inspired by the pumpkin mask worn by fake Mafty hijackers, and bracelets modeled after the Ξ Gundam funnel. Pre-orders are being accepted on Premium Bandai until November 15, with retail availability at JAM HOME MADE stores scheduled for January 2027.
