Anita Martinović and Aleksej Škarica end relationship

Croatian television presenter Anita Martinović and entrepreneur Aleksej Škarica have ended their romantic relationship following their participation in the reality show ‘Asia Express’. The pair traveled through Cambodia, viewing the competition as a final opportunity to attempt to save their relationship, which had been unstable prior to the trip.

Martinović stated that the challenges of the show and a specific moment spent staying in a Buddhist temple allowed them to find peace and realize they function better as friends than as partners. Although their romantic connection has ended, they remain in contact and intend to maintain a friendship.
