Anita Orbán condemns Houthi attack on Riyadh airport

Hungarian Foreign Minister Anita Orbán has strongly condemned an attack by Houthi militias on Riyadh’s airport. Describing the strike against civilian infrastructure and aviation as unacceptable and contrary to the principles of international law, Orbán expressed condolences to the victims' families and reaffirmed Hungary’s solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Beyond the specific incident in Riyadh, the Hungarian Foreign Ministry called for an immediate cessation of all military activities by Houthi forces within Yemen and the broader region. Orbán urged the militias to abandon violence and return to the negotiating table to seek a peaceful resolution to the ongoing conflict.
