Anita Perrottet testifies in ICAC Operation Rosny inquiry

During an Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) inquiry known as Operation Rosny, witness Anita Perrottet provided testimony regarding payments totaling approximately $660,999 received over a two-year period. Counsel assisting Dr. Peggy Dwyer, SC, characterized the payments as being for spurious advice, noting a lack of evidence that any actual work was performed.

The inquiry is examining a $2 million payment made by property developer Jean Nassif, which was allegedly split three ways between Jeremy Greenwood, Christian Ellis, and Charles Perrottet. It has been alleged that Anita Perrottet assisted in laundering her husband’s share of the funds by issuing sham invoices through her company, Macquarie Consulting, to the lobbying firm Beckington.
