Anita Werner celebrates 25 years of journalism at TVN24

Polish journalist Anita Werner is celebrating 25 years of her professional career at TVN24. Werner, who began her journey at the station in 2001 when it launched as Poland's first 24-hour news channel, marked the milestone on social media.

Reflecting on her early days, Werner noted that she felt "green as grass" when she first started. She recalled how skeptics doubted the channel's success, predicting very few viewers at its inception. She expressed gratitude for her professional journey, stating she learned the values of independent journalism and professional craft from the news team.

Before her career in news, Werner pursued interests in music and acting. She appeared in various films, including "Słodko-gorzki" and "Zostać miss," but eventually transitioned to journalism after completing her studies in cultural studies and film studies.
