Anita Werner reflects on fourth anniversary of first marathon

Polish journalist Anita Werner recently shared an emotional reflection on social media marking the fourth anniversary of completing her first marathon. Werner, a well-known presenter for TVN, recalled the intense emotions of running 42.195 km in 4 hours and 41 minutes.

In her post, she emphasized that overcoming personal weaknesses is possible through consistent training, planning, and discipline, even on days when motivation is low. She also expressed gratitude to her partner, sports journalist Michał Kołodziejczyk, for his support and motivation during her preparation and training periods.
