Anitta kicks off Equilibrivm Tour in Brazil with holistic pre‑show program and temporary alcohol ban
Brazilian pop star Anitta launched her Equilibrivm Tour on a Saturday, beginning with shows in Porto Alegre and Fortaleza. Before each concert, a dedicated area called Vila Equilibrivm offers free holistic activities such as meditation, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, tarot readings and other self‑care practices. During the two‑hour Vila program, the sale of alcoholic beverages is suspended and then resumes before the main performance, a measure that sparked initial fan confusion but was clarified by the artist on social media.
The tour is a live extension of Anitta’s April‑released album “Equilibrivm” and its follow‑up “Equilibrivm II,” projects that explore spirituality, ancestry and Brazilian musical traditions across bossa nova, samba, reggae, funk and forró. Anitta describes the tour as the most authentic work of her career, aiming to provide an immersive experience that blends music with personal well‑being.
The initiative has generated conversation about the blend of concert entertainment with wellness programming, highlighting a shift in Anitta’s artistic direction toward a more introspective, culturally rooted presentation.
