Anitta launches new album Equilibrium II with star‑studded Brazilian collaborations

Brazilian pop star Anitta released her latest album, Equilibrium II (also promoted as EQUILIBRIVM PARTE II), on 23 July. The 17‑track project features high‑profile Brazilian artists such as Maria Bethânia, Alceu Valença, Mart’nália, K Brum, and a host of other rappers and singers, totaling more than a dozen guest appearances.

In the days before the release, Anitta posted behind‑the‑scenes footage of the visual production for the track “Sal Grosso,” giving fans a first look at the album’s aesthetic direction. The album debuted on streaming platforms at 21:00 BRT, followed by the announcement of an EQUILIBRIVM tour that will visit several Brazilian cities starting in August.

The release highlights Anitta’s effort to blend contemporary pop, rap, and traditional MPB influences, showcasing a collaborative spirit across generations of Brazilian music.
