Anitta releases new version of Titãs' 'Bichos Escrotos' for Prime Video film Corrida dos Bichos

Brazilian pop star Anitta recorded a new rendition of the classic Titãs rock song "Bichos Escrotos" for the soundtrack of the thriller Corrida dos Bichos. The track, previously heard in the film’s trailer, is now fully released on digital platforms and accompanies the movie’s dystopian setting.

Corrida dos Bichos, produced by O2 Filmes and directed by Fernando Meirelles, is a Prime Video original set in a future Rio de Janeiro devastated by an environmental disaster. The plot follows a deadly game in which the elite exploit vulnerable people as competitors for a massive prize. Anitta also appears in the film as a narrator and actress, linking her musical contribution to the story’s themes of inequality and violence turned into entertainment.
