Ankara and İzmir airports join ACI World Honor List

Ankara Esenboğa and İzmir Adnan Menderes airports have earned spots on the ACI World Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Director General’s Excellence Honor List. This recognition follows a decade of consistent performance in passenger satisfaction and operational excellence.

At the awards ceremony held in Istanbul, Ankara Esenboğa Airport received awards for ‘best departing passenger experience’ and ‘most enjoyable airport’ in the European 5–15 million passenger category. İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport secured multiple honors in the same category, including ‘easiest airport journey’, ‘most enjoyable airport’, and ‘cleanest airport’.

Other airports operated by TAV Airports also received accolades. Tbilisi Airport won several awards in the European 2–5 million passenger category, including ‘best departing passenger experience’ and ‘most dedicated staff’. Skopje Airport was recognized as one of the best for ‘easiest airport journey’ in Europe.
