Ankara begins construction on Teka Kent housing project

Construction has commenced on the Teka Kent housing project in the Sincan district of Ankara. Developed through a joint venture between Temur Grup Yapı and Root Yapı Mimarlık Mühendislik, the project represents an investment of approximately 2.97 billion TL.

Located in the Törekent neighborhood, the development will consist of 496 residential units spread across 11 blocks, labeled A through K. The project includes various apartment configurations, such as 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 options. The site plan features a total titled area of 7,273.62 square meters, with building footprints covering 8,332 square meters and 28,941 square meters dedicated to landscaping and open parking areas.
