Ankara Municipal Real Estate Auctions Announced for Altındağ and Mamak Districts

The Altındağ municipality issued a public notice for a lease auction of several properties within its district. The notice specifies that the parcels, located on streets such as Zübeyde Hanım Mahallesi and Gültepe Caddesi, will be leased for three years with a temporary guarantee of 3% of the annual rent. The auction will be conducted at the Altındağ Mayor’s Office on 20 May 2026, with submission of guarantees required by 16 June 2026.

Separately, the Ankara Gayrimenkul Satış İcra Dairesi Directorate listed a debt‑related property sale in Mamak district. The property, an independent block on 6th floor, 433 Cd. Elite Plaza, covers 3,224 m² of land share and is valued at 6.4 million TL plus 20% VAT. The public auction is scheduled in three phases from 21 July 2026 to 25 August 2026.
