Ankara residential developments expand with new housing projects

Multiple new residential developments are underway in Ankara, Turkey.

Onur Group has announced the start of a project in the Yapracık neighborhood of Etimesgut. The development, valued at approximately 6.47 billion TL, will feature 682 residential units across 11 blocks. The project includes various apartment types, ranging from 2+1 to 5+1 configurations, and will also incorporate a daycare center. The project has received the necessary environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.

In the Yaşamkent district, Emre Gökdemir İnşaat is developing the Gökdemir Star project. This development consists of six 15-story blocks containing a total of 1,258 apartments. The project offers a variety of living options, including 1+1, 2+1, and 5+1 units, and is designed to provide easy access to the Eskişehir Road and Ankara Ring Road.
