Anker Soundcore AeroClip 2 earbuds launch in Malaysia

Anker has officially released the Soundcore AeroClip 2 open-ear clip-on earbuds in Malaysia. Following a debut at IFA, these earbuds feature a unique design that clips onto the ear rather than sitting inside the ear canal.

The device utilizes a THUS AI chip and a six-sensor voice pickup system, combining two units that detect vocal cord vibrations with four MEMS microphones to isolate speech from ambient noise. Anker claims this technology earned a Guinness World Record for the highest objectively measured speech quality score for open-ear clip-on earbuds. The earbuds include a Whisper Mode designed to maintain call clarity in environments with noise exceeding 80dB.

Technical specifications include 12mm dual-magnetic drivers, LDAC support, and Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification. The earbuds offer up to eight hours of playback per charge, with the wireless charging case extending total battery life to 32 hours. They also feature an IP57 dust and water resistance rating and HearID 5.0 for personalized equalization.
