ANKER Soundcore launches AI‑powered Liberty 5 Pro earbuds in Southeast Asia

ANKER Soundcore introduced its Liberty 5 Pro Series true‑wireless earbuds, marketed in Indonesia and Malaysia. The devices use the proprietary Thus™ AI Chip, the first neural‑net compute‑in‑memory AI audio chip, to deliver real‑time environmental monitoring and optimise call quality. A key feature, Whisper‑Clear Calls, combines ten smart sensors, eight high‑performance microphones and two bone‑conduction sensors to isolate the user’s voice even in noisy surroundings, earning a Guinness World Record for the "World's Clearest Earbuds for Calls."

The Pro Max variant adds an AI Productivity Suite with AI Recording, AI Summary and AI Translation to aid multilingual business communication. Audio is personalised through HearID™ 5.0, supports Dolby Atmos, LDAC and Hi‑Res Wireless Audio, and the earbuds carry an IP55 rating. Battery life reaches up to 50 hours with fast charging. Pricing in Indonesia starts at Rp 2,999,000 for the Liberty 5 Pro and Rp 3,999,000 for the Pro Max, initially sold exclusively on Shopee before wider retail rollout. ANKER also highlighted the use of post‑consumer recycled (PCR) materials for the earbud bodies and FSC‑certified paper packaging.
