Ankhara to join Primal Fear on Spanish tour for 30th anniversary

The Madrid-based heavy/power metal band Ankhara is celebrating its 30th anniversary by joining the upcoming Spanish tour of German metal band Primal Fear as a special guest.

To commemorate three decades, Ankhara is currently working on a commemorative album featuring updated versions of tracks from their first three albums. This project includes collaborations with several prominent figures in the Spanish metal scene, such as Tete Novoa (Saratoga), Paco Ventura (Medina Azahara), Ángel San Juan (Tierra Santa), and Fernando Mainer (Mägo de Oz).

A notable highlight of the new material is a renewed version of the classic track ‘Hasta el Fin,’ featuring vocalist José Andrëa. The connection between the two touring bands is further strengthened by previous collaborations between Ankhara and Primal Fear vocalist Ralf Scheepers on the track ‘Tu verdad.’
