Ann Marie Harper to compete in Miss Great Britain Classic

Ann Marie Harper, a 71-year-old social media personality known as ‘Glamour Gran Ann’, is set to compete in the Miss Great Britain Classic pageant. A resident of Ayrshire, Scotland, Harper is poised to become the oldest Scottish finalist in the competition’s 81-year history.

Harper gained significant popularity on TikTok and Instagram by sharing skincare advice, makeup tips, and lifestyle content. Her digital presence grew into a community of over 50,000 followers during the quarantine period. Beyond social media, she founded her own makeup brand, GGA Cosmetics, at age 66.

After winning the Ms. Ayrshire GB Classic title in June, she secured her place in the national finals held in Leicester. The Miss Great Britain Classic division is designed for women aged 45 and older. Harper has expressed that the experience is about joyful self-expression and proving that age is not a barrier to achieving new milestones.
