Anna Carpenter earns over $17,000 monthly as night nanny

Anna Carpenter, a 24-year-old night nanny based in Houston, has reached monthly earnings exceeding $17,000 by combining specialized newborn care with social media activities. In September 2026, her total income reached approximately $17,194, consisting of roughly $9,390 from childcare services—including $2,750 for accompanying a family on vacation—and nearly half of that amount from brand collaborations, digital guides, and affiliate links.

Carpenter specializes in supporting new mothers during the first months of parenthood. Her typical shift runs from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM, during which she manages feeding, diaper changes, and bottle preparation, while also assisting with laundry and dishes to allow parents to rest. She earns between $39 and $43 per hour, with additional pay for travel and extra tasks. Carpenter stated her goal is to demonstrate that night nanny services are a sustainable profession and to highlight the importance of postpartum support for mothers.
