Anna Johnston arrested for DUI in Georgia

Anna Johnston, a star from the TLC reality series ‘7 Little Johnstons’, was arrested in Georgia on October 10 for driving under the influence. Police encountered Johnston and her vehicle parked on the side of a highway following an argument with her boyfriend, Jeffrey Meservey.

According to arrest reports, Meservey informed officers he was distressed because Johnston was driving while intoxicated. While Johnston claimed the dispute was merely over directions, officers noted she exhibited slurred speech, smelled of alcohol, and was unsteady on her feet. A preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.139%, exceeding Georgia’s legal limit of 0.08%.

Meservey was also arrested at the scene after providing identification that revealed an outstanding warrant from another county. Johnston was booked into the Houston County Jail and released the following day after posting a $1,563 surety bond.
