Anna Lewandowska Withdraws from HYROX Prep Due to Illness

Anna Lewandowska announced on Instagram that she has been suffering from a cold and ear blockage for over a week, requiring antibiotics. She said her body signaled “stop,” forcing her to pause training for the upcoming HYROX competition in Istanbul scheduled for August 1.

The fitness trainer also noted that her husband, footballer Robert Lewandowski, is currently in the United States playing for Chicago Fire, while she remains in Poland preparing for the event. She emphasized the need for full recovery before returning to full‑strength training.
