Anna-Maria Ferchichi explains departure of family nannies

Anna-Maria Ferchichi has addressed why her family's long-term nannies, Gretchen and Phemi, are no longer with them. The entrepreneur revealed via Instagram that while the family originally planned to commute between Germany and Dubai, they ultimately decided to relocate to Germany permanently.

The departure of the two Filipino nannies was not voluntary, as they were unable to secure residence permits for Germany despite legal assistance. Due to language barriers and difficulty adjusting to daily life in Germany, the women felt disconnected from the environment.

To support the nannies after their four years of service, the family arranged for them to enter retirement. This decision was made to ensure the women would not be placed in precarious employment situations elsewhere. Ferchichi expressed deep emotional gratitude for their years of work.
