Anna Mazzamauro to perform new show at Rome's Teatro Parioli Costanzo

Actress Anna Mazzamauro will perform her new one-act show, ‘Brava, bravissima… anche meno’, at the Teatro Parioli Costanzo in Rome on October 29 and 30, 2026. Written and performed by Mazzamauro, the 90-minute production blends comedy, music, and vaudeville to explore the realities of life behind the scenes.

The performance aims to dismantle the rhetoric of perfection by using humor to address themes of beauty, age, and femininity. Mazzamauro intends to distance herself from her famous ‘Signorina Silvani’ character, using irony to challenge public expectations and the cult of the protagonist.

Directed by Livio Galassi, the production features Paolo Bonanni and pianist Sasà Calabrese. The show is produced by Nicola Canonico for GoodMood and includes a cast of musicians, a seamstress, and a technician who act as collaborators on stage.
