Anna Pennisi leads cultural inclusion event in Librino, Catania
On 3 July 2026, Anna Pennisi, president of the Mary Poppins Educational Assistance Institute, will open the socio‑cultural event “Apriamo le porte alla bellezza” in Librino, at the institute’s entrance near Piazza Resurrezione del Signore, Catania, Italy. The event is sponsored by the Catania municipality and aims to promote cultural inclusion, legality, and social integration for local youth and families.
The inauguration will be performed by municipal councillor Serena Spoto, assessor for social services. The Conservatory Bellini brass ensemble will perform, and children’s games will be provided. The program seeks to counter marginalisation, especially among minors, by offering a civic‑cultural gathering that strengthens community belonging through art.
