Anna Preleviti discusses premature birth of her twins

Greek model Anna Preleviti shared details regarding her experience with a premature birth and the arrival of her twin daughters during an interview on the show ‘Super Katerina’.

Preleviti revealed that she gave birth at 33 weeks and three days due to a decrease in amniotic fluid. The delivery was an emergency, and because the infants required immediate specialized care in a neonatal unit, she was unable to have initial physical contact with them for two weeks. The babies weighed 2 kg and 1.8 kg respectively.

She also touched upon her previous experience with a miscarriage and expressed her relief and joy upon discovering the twins during an ultrasound. The daughters have been named Alexandra and Nicole. Preleviti spoke emotionally about the stress of the medical situation and the process of waiting for the infants to gain enough weight to return home.
