Anna Safroncik discusses performance anxiety on Ballando con le stelle

Actress Anna Safroncik has opened up about a recent emotional crisis during her appearance on the dance competition Ballando con le stelle. During a performance, Safroncik experienced a momentary blackout and a panic attack after spotting her mother in the audience, which caused her to lose her rhythm.

In the spin-off program Ballando Segreto, Safroncik expressed intense self-criticism, stating, “I never make mistakes, I cannot afford to make mistakes.” She revealed the psychological toll of the incident, noting that she felt overwhelmed by the subsequent negative public comments.

Safroncik also addressed her recent tension with her dance partner, Leonardo Lini. While she initially reacted with frustration toward him during the broadcast, she later clarified that she regretted her outburst and acknowledged the difficulty of working with a younger instructor after a thirty-year career.
