Anna Terés releases new cookbook following digital success

Anna Terés, a former geography and history graduate, has transitioned from a personal blog to a major digital culinary presence. Her platform, Anna Recetas Fáciles, launched in 2014 and has grown into one of the largest Spanish-speaking cooking communities, with her YouTube channel exceeding five million subscribers.

Her approach focuses on traditional recipes that are easy to follow and utilize common ingredients. This philosophy is the basis for her new book, ‘Comer bien con Anna Recetas fáciles’, published by Espasa, which features over 300 recipes designed for home cooking and family meals.
