Anna Twardosz wins two Summer Grand Prix ski jumping events in Rasnov

Polish ski jumper Anna Twardosz achieved a historic milestone by winning two consecutive competitions at the Summer Grand Prix in Rasnov, Romania. This performance marks a significant breakthrough for Polish women's ski jumping.

Following her victories, Twardosz attributed her success to consistent daily work and the technical guidance provided by Stefan Horngacher, who was appointed as coordinator for the national ski jumping teams in June. Twardosz noted that training with Horngacher in Hinzenbach helped her address technical issues, specifically regarding her V-style ski positioning during the flight phase.

Stefan Hula, assistant to head coach Marcin Bachleda, commented on the achievement, noting that the team had seen her potential during training. He emphasized that while the wins in Rasnov build vital confidence, the team must continue working hard to maintain this momentum heading into the winter season.
