Anna University and DCPU Theni announce counsellor recruitment

Anna University has announced recruitment for two Resident Counsellor positions for 2026. The vacancies include one position for boys at Flora and one for girls at Tulip. Eligible applicants must be unmarried, full-time research scholars located at the main campus. The application process is offline, with a deadline for receipt of applications set for 22 August 2026.

Separately, the District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) Theni has released a notification for one Counsellor vacancy. Eligible candidates must be up to 42 years of age and hold a graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, or Counselling, supplemented by a PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication. Applicants should have at least one year of experience with a government or NGO, preferably in women and child development. The deadline for offline applications is 01 September 2026.
