Anne Hathaway announces hiatus following busy film year

Actress Anne Hathaway is preparing for a professional hiatus following a prolific year that included the release of five films, such as 'The Odyssey' and 'The End of Oak Street'. Following the October 2 release of the psychological thriller 'Verity', Hathaway has joked about 'vanishing in a plume of smoke' to focus on her personal life.

Currently pregnant with her third child with husband Adam Shulman, Hathaway has also been noted for her maternity fashion choices. In a recent interview on 'CBS Mornings', she credited Rihanna as an inspiration for embracing bold maternity styles on the red carpet, stating that the singer 'changed the game' by encouraging her to use her imagination and have more fun with fashion.

During an appearance on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon', Hathaway shared lighthearted details about her pregnancy, including managing symptoms like a heightened sense of smell during press tours and her goal to avoid 'waddling' in public during her third trimester.
