Anne Hathaway prioritizes Knicks championship over second Oscar

During an appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’, actress Anne Hathaway expressed that a New York Knicks championship is more important to her than winning another Academy Award. While playing a game called ‘Best Thing Ever’, Hathaway chose a Knicks title over an Oscar win.

A lifelong New York City native and Knicks fan, Hathaway was presented with a signed jersey from Knicks player OG Anunoby. The actress also received a gift basket for her pregnancy. The Knicks recently secured their first championship in 53 years by defeating the San Antonio Spurs in the 2026 NBA Finals.
