Anne Unzeitig wins bronze at Einspänner World Championships in Munich

At the Einspänner World Championships held at the Olympic Equestrian Centre in Munich-Riem, Anne Unzeitig secured a bronze medal in the individual competition riding De Niro. The 24-year-old achieved this result after a strong performance in the cross-country phase, followed by a faultless cone course run that allowed her to overtake competitors on time penalties.

In the individual standings, Switzerland’s Stefan Ulrich took the gold medal, followed by Mario Gandolfo of Italy in second place. The German national team, consisting of Unzeitig, Claudia Lauterbach, and Ciara Schubert, finished in fourth place, narrowly missing a team medal.

Stefan Ulrich also led the Swiss team to a gold medal in the team competition, ahead of teams from the Netherlands and France.
