Anne Wünsche initiates legal action against Oliver Pocher

Influencer Anne Wünsche has engaged legal counsel against comedian Oliver Pocher following a renewed conflict between the two. Wünsche alleges that Pocher has violated a previous ruling by the Hamburg Regional Court by continuing to make claims regarding her social media engagement, specifically regarding purchased followers, likes, and comments.

The legal dispute intensified after a confrontation at Katja Krasavice’s birthday party, where a heated exchange was captured on video. Reports indicate a physical scuffle occurred when Pocher allegedly attempted to take Wünsche’s mobile phone. Wünsche described the moment as emotional, noting she was trembling during the encounter.

Under the existing court injunction, Pocher faces potential penalties for further disseminating these claims, including an administrative fine of up to 250,000 euros or even detention. Wünsche stated that the allegations are complete falsehoods and that legal steps have been formally submitted.
