Annemarie and Wayne Carpendale announce separation after 19 years

German television presenters Annemarie and Wayne Carpendale have announced their separation after nearly 19 years together. Although they officially ended their relationship at the beginning of 2026, they publicly confirmed the news via Instagram on September 7.

The couple continues to live together in their home in Schwabing with their eight-year-old son, Mads. Annemarie Carpendale stated in an interview that they remain a “super team” and are maintaining their living arrangement for themselves and their family. They also intend to continue their professional collaboration as a hosting duo, a partnership they recently demonstrated while co-moderating a charity gala in Vienna.

Following the announcement, Annemarie Carpendale’s management denied rumors regarding a new romantic partner. Additionally, her former partner, comedian Oliver Pocher, commented on the news via social media.
