Annie Pin appointed CEO of Arval

Arval has announced a leadership transition for its executive roles. Annie Pin, formerly the Group Chief Commercial Officer at Ayvens, is set to become the Chief Executive Officer of Arval on April 1, 2027. Prior to her appointment as CEO, she will join the company on October 26, 2026, as Senior Advisor to the CEO.

Alain van Groenendael, the current CEO, will transition to the role of Chairman of Arval’s Board of Directors on the same date in 2027. The transition follows Arval’s acquisition of Athlon, positioning the company as a European co-leader in long-term vehicle leasing. Pin will report to Thierry Laborde, Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas.
