ANNIKA Award announces preseason watch list for women's collegiate golf

The Haskins Foundation has announced the ANNIKA Award Preseason Watch List for the 2026-27 season, recognizing the top female Division I collegiate golfers.

Stanford University is the only program to have three players on the list: Paula Martín Sampedro, Meja Örtengren, and Andrea Revuelta. All three were finalists for the award last year following Stanford's third national championship in five years.

Texas A&M also features two players on the list, Vanessa Borovilos and Cayetana Fernández García-Poggio. Borovilos, ranked No. 19 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking, and Fernández García-Poggio, ranked No. 30, both earned selection for the second consecutive season. Other programs with two representatives on the watch list include Texas, USC, and Wake Forest.
