Annual general meetings held for ApecsM and CAC
The Association des parents d’élèves du Collège Stanislas de Montréal (ApecsM) held its 2026 general assembly on October 6. During the meeting, members elected new board members, reviewed 2025-2026 projects, adopted regulation adjustments, and reviewed financial statements. The new board includes co-presidents Isabelle Le Clair and Thomas Tannou, vice-president Jihane Ghanem, treasurer Christelle Tripoul, secretary Jihane Aïdibé, and administrator Claire Galet.
Separately, the Club Aéronautique Concorde (CAC) conducted its ordinary general assembly on October 24, presided over by Jean Claude Tchavdarov. The meeting reported 44 total members, including nine new members for 2026. Key highlights included the integration of the new CAC space in the Emile Dewoitine building and a review of 2025 activities, such as the launch of the Nouv’ailes periodical and a visit to the Brooklands Museum.
Future plans for CAC involve participation in various heritage and science festivals, as well as the 2028 Aéroscopia museum project. This project aims to consolidate several aeronautical associations and workshops into a single perimeter, potentially named La Cité Aéronautique.
