Anorthosis gears up for new season with coach’s pre‑season camp in Poland

Anorthosis FC announced that its newly appointed coach has begun preparations for the upcoming season. The first closed training session and team blessing will take place on Monday at the Antonis Karras facility, with the venue closed to the public and media.

From 24 July to 3 August the squad will travel to Poland for the core phase of its pre‑season camp, where the coach will evaluate around 30 players and decide on the final roster. The club highlighted its aim to develop talent from its own academy, emphasising transparency amid a UEFA transfer embargo that limits new signings.

Club spokesperson Haris Ioannou reiterated the focus on giving opportunities to home‑grown players, thanked supporters for their continued backing, and noted that further details on the club’s board and presidency will be released in the coming days.
