Anqa Theater Company announces global Gaza reading project

The Gaza-based Anqa theater company has announced a global reading project titled ‘Palestinians are your eyes’, scheduled for October 15, 2026. The event is set to take place in cultural centers, libraries, schools, and universities across more than twenty countries.

The project features six stories and four voices from young Palestinian authors and writers, including Ibrahim Alhelou, Dalal Elswerky, Fatma Yousef, and Ala’a Sbaih. The initiative aims to provide a platform for perspectives from Gaza, utilizing autobiographical elements to transform personal experiences into cultural resistance. The title is inspired by a verse from the poem ‘In Love with Palestine’ by Mahmoud Darwish.
