ANSES announces October 2026 payment schedule and benefit updates

ANSES has released the payment schedule and updated amounts for social benefits in Argentina for October 2026. Following an inflation-based adjustment of approximately 1.66% to 1.7%, the minimum pension, including an extraordinary bonus, has reached $505,748.51.

The Universal Child Allowance (AUH) and Pregnancy Allowance (AUE) have been updated to $156,588, though a 20% retention applies to many AUH recipients, resulting in a direct payment of $125,270.40. Specific amounts also apply for beneficiaries in Zone 1, such as Patagonia.

Payments for retirees and pensioners are scheduled to begin on October 8, organized by the last digit of their DNI. The schedule for various benefit types, including non-contributory pensions and AUH, spans from October 8 through October 22. Additionally, in Río Negro, ANSES has reactivated delayed teacher retirement procedures following agreements between provincial and national authorities.
