ANSES updates social benefit payments and launches digital notification system

The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) in Argentina has implemented updates regarding social benefits and digital communications for September 2026.

Regarding social assistance, the Annual School Aid (Ayuda Escolar Anual) is being paid to families receiving the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) and the Family Allowance (SUAF) who presented their Schooling Certificate in July. While AUH and SUAF saw a 2.11% increase this month, the School Aid base value remains unchanged at $55,672, supplemented by a reinforcement to ensure a total payment of $85,000 during the 2026 school year. These benefits apply to regular students aged 45 days to 17 years, with no age limit for children with disabilities.

Additionally, ANSES has introduced the 'Domicilio Electrónico de la Seguridad Social' through Resolution 262/2026. This voluntary digital communication system allows beneficiaries over 16 to centralize administrative notifications, such as resolutions, liquidations, and summons, within the 'Mi ANSES' platform. Notifications sent through this electronic address carry the same legal validity as traditional administrative communications.
