Anson Williams, known for his role as Potsie Weber on the sitcom ‘Happy Days’, shared a social media post celebrating his 77th birthday with a message focused on aging and vitality.

In a shirtless mirror selfie posted to Instagram, Williams encouraged his generation to remain active, creative, and curious. He stated that he feels more alive, healthy, and busy now than he did at age 40. Williams credited his outlook to his wife, Sharon MaHarry, as well as adventure, kindness, and maintaining healthy habits such as proper nutrition and movement.
