ANT1 announces new drama series ‘Krino & Agathi’

ANT1 has announced its new dramatic series, ‘Krino & Agathi’ (Lily & Thorn). The story follows the complex relationship between two central characters, Lefki and Markos, whose lives are intertwined by past trauma and deception.

Lefki, driven by the violent death of her brother and a childhood in an orphanage, enters Markos’s life with the sole intention of seeking revenge through marriage. She believes Markos is responsible for her brother's death. However, Markos is revealed to be a man who previously served prison time after taking the blame for a murder he did not commit to protect his younger brother.

The series explores the tension between Lefki’s desire for vengeance and the romantic connection that develops between the two characters, built upon a foundation of lies and mistaken identities.
